Perhaps my biggest opportunity to influence others at the moment is in our Small Group, the Men's Group that I'm a part of, and in our family. God has blessed us with a beautiful baby girl at home, and I will take several lessons from Tony's book to guide me in that role. And RIGHT NOW, I'm going to take steps to be a better Mentor Leader to those around me, today.
